Typical spare parts

Which spare parts can we reproduce?

Often it is just one small part that is missing. If the manufacturer no longer exists, you would otherwise have to replace the whole window, shower door or cupboard. With a reproduced part, everything stays as it is.

  • Windows

Window handles, cover caps, sliders, parts of roller shutters and blinds

  • Bathroom

Shower door rollers and sliders, brackets, caps, clips

  • Furniture & kitchen

Hinge covers, furniture feet, handles, drawer guides

  • Home & garden

Knobs, dials, clips, holders and covers

Well suited

  • Holders, covers and caps
  • Clips, knobs, dials and handles
  • Rollers, sliders and guides

Less suited

  • Parts that safety depends on
  • Spots that get hot permanently
  • Heavily loaded parts that were made of metal

We scan parts up to about 30 cm. Not sure? Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

More than spare parts

3D scanning can do more

No broken part, but an idea? We scan the original from all sides and print it again, the way you need it.

  • Copy figures & decor

A small figure, an ornament or a decorative object that no longer exists, as a replica.

  • Several copies

We turn one original into several, for example as gifts or for a small series.

  • Adapt parts

Longer, shorter, a hole moved or a matching holder added: we change the model on the computer.

Short answers to important questions

Frequently asked questions about spare parts

  • What does a 3D-printed spare part cost?
Scan and first part together cost from €120. The 3D scan is a one-off from €100, depending on shape and effort. Printing costs €20 for the first part, every further one on quotation. If something is broken and needs rebuilding, there is a surcharge depending on effort. You get a quote first.
  • Do I need a 3D file or a drawing?
No. You bring the part, we scan it and create the print file ourselves. A few photos are enough for a first assessment.
  • How big can the part be?
We scan parts up to about 30 cm. Typical are handles, caps, rollers, clips and brackets.
  • What if the part is broken or something is missing?
Bring everything that is left of the part, including broken-off pieces. We scan them and rebuild what is missing on the computer. This costs a surcharge depending on effort, which we tell you beforehand.
  • Do I have to bring the part in?
We need the part for the scan. You can bring it to the shop or send it to us. Photos are enough beforehand so we can tell you whether it works.
  • Does a printed part last as long as the original?
That depends on the part and the load on it. We choose the material to suit the job and tell you honestly beforehand what to expect.
  • Which parts are not suitable?
Parts that safety depends on, spots that get hot permanently and heavily loaded parts that were made of metal. If in doubt, send us a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
  • Can you also copy a figure or a decorative object?
Yes, if it is no bigger than about 30 cm. We scan the original and print a replica, several or adapted if you like.
  • Do I get the 3D file?
The file stays stored with us. If you need the part again later, you only pay for printing, not a new scan.
