  • I don't have a 3D file — can you still create the gift?
    Yes — that's actually the norm for gifts. Bring us a photo, a sketch or just describe what you have in mind. We model the 3D for you, for a fair, transparent fee. You'll see a preview before we print.
  • How long does a personalized gift take?
    Simple cake toppers and name plates often the same day (order by 11 am). Personalized figures or larger gifts 1–3 working days. Photo-to-3D figures add 1–3 days for modeling — we confirm the binding pickup date right after the briefing.
  • What does a simple cake topper or figure cost?
    Cake topper with name from €20, small personalized figures from €25, photo-to-3D mini figures from €60 (incl. modeling). Larger trophies and special gifts by effort — we name the price upfront, no surprises.
  • Can I choose color and size myself?
    Yes. Over 30 standard colors instantly available (PLA), plus specialty filaments: gold/silver, metallic, glow-in-the-dark, wood and carbon look. Size in cm — standard build envelope up to 25 × 25 × 25 cm per printed part. We segment larger objects invisibly.
  • How large can my gift be at most?
    Our standard build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm per part — about a 25 cm cube. Larger objects we split into segments and join invisibly — that's how we built the Red Tree Award (over 40 cm). Lower bound: ~1 cm detail size. Cake toppers are typically 10–15 cm, small figures 6–12 cm tall.
  • Is same-day really possible — and by when do I have to order?
    Yes, for simple personalized items (cake toppers, name plates, small figures). Cutoff is 11:00 am — your gift is ready for pickup from 5:00 pm, provided print time is under ~6 hours. More complex gifts run overnight and are ready the next morning. Safest: a quick phone call.
  • Can you turn a photo into a 3D model?
    Yes — that's our photo-to-3D service. From a sharp portrait photo we model a mini figure, a bust or a lithophane relief with soft depth. You don't need to be on-site and no 3D scan is required — a photo is enough, preview and approval via WhatsApp or email. Ideally frontal, well-lit, at least 1000 × 1000 pixels.
  • Is 3D printing suitable as a corporate gift in larger quantities?
    Yes. From around 5 pieces a small batch makes sense — with logo, in brand color, in your Pantone shade on request. Delivered with VAT-ID invoice and a fixed delivery date. Details on the B2B page.
  • How do you wrap the gift — is it gift-wrapped?
    By default carefully padded so nothing is damaged in transit. On request gift-wrapped in discreet packaging — just let us know with the order.
  • Can I see a photo of the finished part before I pick it up?
    Sure. On request we send a photo via WhatsApp or email as soon as the print is done. So you know exactly what you'll pick up — and can be sure color, text and size are right.
