    We print from 1 piece. The minimum price is €20 incl. VAT — below that, the print doesn't cover machine start, machine setup & quality check.
  • Do you sell 3D printers or filament?
    No. Sofortdruck.at is not a printer or filament shop — we are a 3D printing service in Vienna. You bring (or upload) your file, we print the part on our 5 Bambu Lab printers in Josefstadt. Pickup or shipping. If you want to buy your own printer or filament, Prusa, Bambu Lab or Conrad are the right places.

    For UV/outdoor we recommend PETG or ASA. For temperatures above 60 °C (e.g. engine bay, dishwasher) PC or ABS. PLA deforms already at 55 °C.
  • Which file formats can I bring?
    STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ directly in the browser. STEP and IGES by email to sofortdruck@dreizack.at — we'll convert and usually reply within an hour.
  • How large can you print?
    Our build volume goes up to 33 × 33 × 33 cm. We split larger parts into precisely fitting modules with snap connections — glued invisibly afterwards.
  • Do you ship abroad?
    Yes, worldwide shipping is possible (Post AG / DHL, depending on destination). Within Austria from €5.90. In Vienna, walk-in pickup is the fastest route — often the same day.
  • Do you also do CAD / 3D modeling?
    Yes. If you only have a sketch or the original part, we'll model the STL in Fusion 360 or Blender. Reverse engineering and modifying existing files are included.
  • Is 3D printing food-safe?
    PLA and PETG are food-safe materials in principle. The real hygiene issue is the layer structure: bacteria can settle in the grooves. For direct food contact we recommend sealing the part with food-safe epoxy — or using it only once.
