  • By when do I need to order for same-day pickup?
    Order by 11:00 AM or drop off at the counter — your part is ready for pickup from 5:00 PM, provided print time is under ~8 hours. Later orders run overnight and are ready the next morning.
  • What's the maximum size for express prints?
    For same-day, up to ~15 × 15 × 15 cm. For 24 h, up to ~25 cm edge length. Large parts up to 33 × 33 × 33 cm go in 48 h+ — we give you a binding deadline right after upload.
  • I don't have a 3D file yet — can I still use express?
    Express requires a printable file (STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF). Bring it on a USB stick or upload it. If the model still needs to be created, that's a separate service — see /en/3d-modeling-vienna. Modeling takes 2–7 business days depending on complexity and is therefore not part of the express promise.
  • Do you ship outside Vienna?
    Yes. Within Austria mostly 24 h after dispatch by post. Worldwide shipping on request — transit time depends on the destination country.
  • How does express pricing compare to standard?
    For standard materials (PLA, PETG) and small parts: no surcharge — same-day is part of our walk-in concept. For special materials we quote fairly and tell you the price up front.
  • Which file formats do you accept?
    STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF — all common 3D formats.
  • Do I need to create an account or sign in?
    No. The online calculator works without registration — upload your file, see the price, order. Walk-in also needs no account.
  • Can I just drop in without an appointment?
    Yes. Just come by during opening hours. For same-day jobs we recommend a quick call or WhatsApp message beforehand so we can reserve a printer.
  • What happens if my file has an error?
    Simple issues like small holes, inverted normals or thin walls are fixed directly before printing. More complex modeling is discussed with you first and we'll outline the options.
  • How do you package the parts — will they arrive undamaged?
    We package each part carefully with protective material so edges and fine details are not damaged during transport. For shipping we use sturdy boxes and padding.
  • Can I get a sample or test print before a larger order?
    Yes. We'll gladly print a single piece or small sample before you order a series or larger quantity. That lets you check fit, material and surface before the full run.
  • Can you handle recurring express orders for companies?
    Yes. For business customers we offer recurring express orders with framework terms, a fixed contact person and priority slots — ideal for spare parts, prototypes or promo items.
